My reason for writing; is to thank you most sincerely, for all your help, assistance and professionalism.
I feel it is such a sham that the property I have found is not with you, as I fell in the short time of knowing you, we built a very good rapport and I found you very friendly and exceedingly methodical.
I feel society in general can be too quick to put pen to paper to make a complaint, but not as hasty when it is to pass on expressions of gratitude.
Although you did not gain a sale on this occasion, what you have achieved is having built a fantastic reputation for yourself and also a fantastic advert for Complete Estate Agents. Please do feel free to show this letter to your manager, Haydn Yemm.
Prior to meeting you I had no experience with Complete and what I have learned in the process is that they are an Estate Agent to whom I would happily consider for buying and selling (or both) a property in the future and who are lucky to have a sales negotiator like yourself, to advertise the quality of their business.
As I mentioned today, we may be selling our home property in Dreyer Close later this year and you superb efficiency and approachability means I know it will be well worth giving you a call at that point. Equally, when we have done the restoration work we will want to carry out on the property we are currently purchasing in New Bilton, I will also be straight on the phone to Complete in respect of your letting service ( again, all credit to you and you fantastic sales skills).
Thanks again Luke, for giving Estate Agents a good name. I cannot thank you enough for your suburb service, friendliness and efficiency.
I wish you every good wish for the future and I hope to deal with you in the near future.
Yours sincerely,
Rachel Rowland
