Haydn Yemm is the Managing Director of Complete Estate Agents, bringing nearly four decades of dedicated expertise to the Rugby property market. Having started his career in 1987 with a national estate agency group, Haydn quickly progressed from trainee negotiator to senior roles across Towcester, Daventry, and Rugby before leading and growing successful branches throughout Warwickshire. In 2005, Haydn founded Complete Estate Agents, later expanding to 18 Church Street in Rugby and broadening into Leamington Spa by 2012, with the business now recognized as the agent of choice for both sales and lettings across the region. Joanne, our dedicated Lettings Director, established the lettings department at Complete alongside Haydn in 2008. With over two decades of property experience and an early career in human resources within a large organisation, she brings exceptional people skills, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the industry to her role. As a landlord herself, Joanne truly understands the importance of having a property cared for properly by a reputable and trustworthy letting agent. This firsthand experience shapes her commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring every client feels confident and supported.
