Haydn Yemm is the Managing Director of Complete Estate Agents, bringing nearly four decades of dedicated expertise to the Rugby property market. Having started his career in 1987 with a national estate agency group, Haydn quickly progressed from trainee negotiator to senior roles across Towcester, Daventry, and Rugby before leading and growing successful branches throughout Warwickshire. In 2005, Haydn founded Complete Estate Agents, later expanding to 18 Church Street in Rugby and broadening into Leamington Spa by 2012, with the business now recognized as the agent of choice for both sales and lettings across the region. Haydn’s deep-rooted understanding of the local market is matched by his commitment to providing honest, personalised advice to sellers, landlords, and buyers at every stage of their property journey. With over two decades of property experience and an early career in human resources within a large organisation, she brings exceptional people skills, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the industry to her role. As a landlord herself, Joanne truly understands the importance of having a property cared for properly by a reputable and trustworthy letting agent. This firsthand experience shapes her commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring every client feels confident and supported. Known for her knowledge, kindness, and natural leadership, Joanne has been instrumental in shaping the high standards and warm culture our clients experience today. Outside of work, family is at the heart of everything she does. She loves spending time with her two children, Kai and Oliver, and enjoys dining out, travelling abroad, socialising with friends, and keeping active at the gym. Joanne also cherishes long, relaxing dog walks with the family’s beloved dogs, Pablo and Pedro.

When he’s not sneaking off investigating the teams bins or inspecting everyone’s bags for treats, Pedro can be found curled up under a desk, supervising productivity with one eye open.
